Refund policy
We want you to love your Penn + Pearl pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns easy:

7 days for a full refund or exchange from the date of delivery.

An extra 7 days for store credit (issued via virtual gift card).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition—tags attached.

Sale, accessories, and beauty items are final sale.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve any issues quickly.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@shoppennandpearl.com with your order number and item details. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label (return shipping cost is deducted from your refund). Prefer to handle shipping yourself? Send your return to:

Be sure to include your name + order number on the outside of the package. Once received, we’ll process your return within 1–3 business days and notify you by email.
