Shipping & Delivery

• U.S. Shipping – $6.95 flat rate on all orders.

• Local Delivery – Just $5.00 for delivery in select areas.

• Local Pickup – Not available right now, but we’ll let you know when it is!

We ship within the U.S. and Canada only.

 

Processing & Delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, and shipping times may be slower during sales and promotions.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder!)

 

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, so please reach out to UPS/USPS if there’s an issue.

 

Need to Update Your Address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us at info@shoppennandpearl.com with “URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE” in the subject line, along with your order number and new address.
